In Mijn Kracht

What do they do? What is their specialty?

In mijn kracht provides accessible, low-threshold support for children, adolescents, and young adults who need extra guidance in building self-confidence, resilience, and social skills. Through individual coaching and Rots & Water Training, participants work in a playful, practical, and body-oriented way on themes such as:
  • Strengthening self-confidence and resilience
  • Coping with tension or insecurity
  • Recognising, understanding, and regulating emotions
  • Feeling and setting personal boundaries
  • Experiencing greater calm and balance
  • These themes directly contribute to improving the mental health and resilience of children, adolescents, and young adults.
In addition, In mijn kracht collaborates with schools, after-school care organisations (BSOs), and other youth care providers to offer guidance and training within existing educational and care structures. With a positive and approachable approach, In mijn kracht offers practical tools that truly make a difference: at home, at school, and in social interactions.
